You agree not to use our services for any illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activity. This includes, but is not limited to: sending spam, hosting malicious content, distributing copyrighted material without permission, and engaging in any activity that disrupts our network or servers.
All fees are due in advance unless otherwise stated. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if payment is not received on time.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. In the event of service interruptions, we will provide credits as outlined in our SLA. However, we are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or third-party failures.
We perform regular backups of our servers, but we encourage you to maintain your own backups. We are not responsible for any data loss or corruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HostQRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold HostQRO harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these terms or your use of our services.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
